After extensive research of surrounding neighbourhoods, we delivered a future vision for the complex in the way we know best. We created distinctive marques for each building, as well as for the community space, The Yard, and produced marketing materials, wayfinding and digital assets with modern sophistication.
The client owned the buildings in the Knowledge Quarter district of King’s Cross. They were currently tenanted with planning permission for a total refurbishment and increase of floorspace. The owners wanted to emphasize the building’s history (a former leatherworks) as well as tell the story of its present and future.
After extensive research of surrounding neighbourhoods, we delivered a future vision for the complex in the way we know best. We created distinctive marques for each building, as well as for the community space, The Yard, and produced marketing materials, wayfinding and digital assets with modern sophistication.
